Waltons Return Policy: At Waltons Namibia, we adhere to the Consumer
Protection Act, ensuring our return policy is fully compliant with its standards.

Quality Assurance: We take pride in offering only high-quality products at Waltons
Namibia. We are confident in the satisfaction of your purchases. However, if you
encounter any issues or have concerns, please refer to the options provided below.

14-Day Exchange or Refund Policy:
We offer refunds or exchanges on most items if returned within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, with
any security seals or shrink wrap intact (if applicable). A valid proof of purchase is
required for all returns or exchanges.

General:

 

    • Cancellations are not allowed for customized (special-order) goods. Returns
      will only be accepted if the goods do not reasonably conform to the material
      specifications of the special order.

    • “Special-order goods” refer to items that a supplier was explicitly or implicitly
      required to procure, create, or alter to meet the consumer’s specifications.

    • Goods purchased through special arrangements or custom orders will only be
      replaced if they are defective.

    • Customers are advised to ensure that the measurements and specifications
      of custom-made products are 100% accurate when ordering, as custom-made
      orders cannot be refunded or exchanged if incorrect sizes were provided.

    • Goods sold as “clearance sale items,” which are damaged, defective, used,
      or repaired, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges if these conditions were
      disclosed prior to purchase.

Cartridges: Cartridges that have passed their expiry date or have less than 1
months remaining before expiry are not eligible for refunds.

Defective Items:
If your goods become defective within the first 3 months after purchase, we will
repair, replace, or refund them. Please note that it may not be possible to determine
in-store whether goods are damaged or the cause of the defect. This assessment
is crucial to decide whether the goods should be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Therefore, we reserve the right to refer returned goods for technical assessment
by the manufacturer or an authorized service center before taking any action. We
will provide feedback within 10 days of receiving the returned goods and proceed
accordingly. and decide whether to repair or replace the goods.
If your goods show a defect after the initial 3-month period but within the
manufacturer’s warranty period, Waltons Namibia will send the goods to the
manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer will determine if you have a valid claim

If the goods become defective after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we
can arrange for repairs with the manufacturer or its agents. No repairs will be done
without your approval of a quotation first.

Manufacturers’ Warranties:
As with all warranties, certain conditions and exceptions apply. Please carefully
review any terms or instructions that accompany your goods. The general
conditions are as follows:

Cartridges: Consumables used, such as printer toners or cartridges, are not
included in the hardware being repaired and will not be replaced during repair.

Hardware: Goods that exhibit a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months
of purchase will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the manufacturer’s
discretion, subject to the relevant manufacturer’s policy or extended warranty.
We can book a service call with the supplier on your behalf for goods falling
outside of warranty.

Furniture:

A 5-year factory guarantee on faulty workmanship applies to all South African
manufactured products. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or
product abuse unless otherwise specified. All chair mechanisms and fabrics are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee.

Imported furniture ranges carry a 1-year guarantee.
Electrical Appliances:

Electrical Appliances: All electronic equipment comes with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise specified.

When the Manufacturer’s Warranty Does Not Apply:
The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects that occur during the manufacturing
process. It does not apply in the following instances:

Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to lightning, power
surges, fire, or water damage.

Damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the goods.

Goods used for purposes other than those for which they were manufactured.

Goods used contrary to their instruction manuals.

Accidental damage.

Alteration, repair, modification, or service performed by anyone other than an
approved manufacturer’s service center.

The use of an inferior power plug.

Refund Process: You will be refunded once we have accepted the return and approved the refund.
